My journey into photography began about 10 years ago with an old Polaroid camera. Over the years, I experimented with various formats and films, seeking the perfect tools to bring my vision to life. Eventually, I found my creative home with a film Leica M body and a handful of prime lenses, which now form the core of my photographic process.
I work exclusively with traditional photographic film and darkroom wet printing, embracing an analog workflow in its purest form. This hands-on approach reflects my belief that imperfection—from the organic grain of 35mm film to the subtle, unique differences in each darkroom print—adds authenticity and depth. Each hour spent under the red light of the darkroom, from developing to spotting dust marks, transforms every print into a tangible work of art. In an age where so much is digital and pixel-perfect, I find solace and meaning in these timeless, imperfect processes that make each photograph truly real.
Through my work, I aim to capture moments of daily life in an unseen way—a way that feels like drifting between dream and reality. My goal is to uncover beauty in the overlooked, the fleeting, and the seemingly ordinary. I strive to invite viewers into this meditative space, where the world’s quiet details take center stage, offering a fresh perspective on life’s everyday moments.
